ck75 spring steel is a low alloy, carbon steel material with carbon content  0.72-0.84. This material can be heat-treated to the required tensile strength, operated by annealing process (CRCA) or hardened and tempered condition (Q+T). Process engineering of heat treament is very vital to the inherent quality of spring steel strip. The edge of C75S spring steel can be rounded or slit.  Underd continous hardened (810-840`C) and tempered (300-500`c) facility, the finish surface can be blue,yellow,black,etc

Ck67 spring steel strip is a standard material with no corrosion resistance, equivalent to CK67, SAE1070. After hardened and tempered condition, it is widely used in rolling shutter door spring, saw blade, plaster trowel, scraper, putty knives, shoe insole, spring washer, etc. Under tempered condition, Blue, bright, yellow, black, surfaces are available by adjusting the temperature and times in the furnace. Based on our many-year experience in steel lines, we can recommend correct material to avoid additional cost and failure in operation

spring steel strip with high carbon content over 0.6%, has great flexibility and won`t be easily deformed or brittle. Spring steel can be manufactured through two heat treatment process. One production method is hardening(quenching) and tempered. When material passes hardening process, the steel abtain high yeild strength and at this process, the steel is brittle and at the risk of breaking in use. It has to go througth tempered process to remove the stress to increase its tenacity. During tempered process, the presence of oxide film causes the coloring of the surface, such as blue, yellow, brown, bright
